It may not make sense for every piece of content to be based in a problem-solution dynamic. In fact, it’s likely that most blogs won’t fit that format. However, this exercise helped me to get more in tune with writing for a specific audience, and it’s a great place to start.

While analytics only tell part of the story (you can fill in the rest with getting direct feedback from your audience), they can give you answers to help guide your cadence strategy. 

For example: 

You notice more traffic or email newsletter opens at 7 p.m. on Tuesdays compared to 9 a.m. on Mondays, so you adjust your strategy to continue publishing your blogs at 7 p.m. on Tuesdays. 

Just be sure to take into account things like holidays that may play a role and be ready to be flexible with your content calendar based on how your audience responds.
